The victim who got hit by Carter Prenosil is Ty Dittmer. He got attacked when he was sharing final handshakes with all the opponents after the match ended. As soon he reached Carter, he was physically attacked multiple times and got a brutal shot at his face.

After the attack, the Des Moines resident has been under arrest and his case will be further scrutinized by the legal authorities.
After this incident, the public has demanded the officials to boycott Carter Prenosil from all kinds of sports. The match will be further investigated by the Carlisle District Court for any sort of foul play and the offender will be punished for his crime.
A video was also captured during the game of 9-second which shows that Carter punching Ty Dittmer. Its clear in the video that he hit Ty two times straight in his face, knocking him unconscious in the court.

After the attack on Ty Dittmer, Carter Prenosil was put under arrest by the Carlisle Police Department.
