One day, while practicing at Seneca College, Taylor Lindsay Noel had a terrible accident. She broke her neck while attempting an extremely difficult and risky gymnastics move because of that accident she was Paralyzed.
Twelve years later, Taylor’s life has taken a different path. She’s not competing in gymnastics anymore, but now she’s featured in O magazine’s December issue. She’s an entrepreneur, which means she runs her own business. Her business sells organic loose-leaf tea, and it got a huge boost when it was chosen as one of Oprah Winfrey’s favorite things.
This amazing news came on July 15th, the same day as the anniversary of Taylor’s accident. She says that day is always tough for her. She had been praying for a sign from God, something really big to show her that her tea company, called Cup of Tea, had a bright future. And finally, she got that sign when Oprah picked her tea for her list of favorite things.
