Silvia Bronchalo’s son Daniel has been charged with the killing of a 44-year-old Colombian surgeon in Thailand. He pleaded guilty to the murder of Edwin Arrieta Arteaga (44 years old) in a Thai court on 7 April 2023.
Edwin’s body part was found by the police at a landfill in the southern island of Koh Phangan in the last week. Daniel told that he was in a relationship with him. He is gay. He is being held in a prison on the island of Koh Samui.
Edwin was a Colombian surgeon. His missing report was filed by the YouTube chef at Koh Phangan police station on 3 August 2023. Daniel also filed the missing report after human remains were found by trash collectors that morning.
However, On Friday, Daniel admitted to murdering his gay lover Edwin. He bought a knife, rubber gloves, and a bottle of cleaning agent on 1 August 2023. He led police officers to 7 sites where he dumped Edwin’s body parts in plastic bags.
