Prem Ranjan Singh IAS Biography:– Prem Ranjan Singh is an IAS officer of the 2013 batch. Recently UP government transferred 14 IAS officers into 10 new areas of UP including Prem Ranjan Singh. He was born in Aurangabad, Bihar. He completed his B.Tech from NIT Allahabad. He started his career at Ashok Layland Limited where he served for 3 years.

Prem Ranjan Singh was married to Aastha in 2015.
His father in law named Pradesh AK Sinha (former Additional Chief Secretary of UP) alleged that Prem was separating from his wife due to the influence of a female bank officer. He has started the divorce process. AK Sinha along with his wife Anju Sinha, said,
“Daughter Aastha was married to Prem Ranjan Singh in 2015. Both were happy after marriage. Son-in-law was posted as CDO in Unnao on 22 April 2018. CDO remained here till 28 October 2019. After that Gorakhpur VC of Development Authority and now DM of Sant Kabir Nagar.”
Anju Sinha said,
“The picture of Unnao’s bank officer with son-in-law is going viral on social media with lewd comments. Seeing this, she went to meet the woman officer at her office. Told her that I am Aastha’s mother.” So the lady bank officer said that I don’t know Aastha. My VC is running, go out and don’t disturb me.”
“I sat outside the bank with my husband for three-and-a-half hours on the stairs waiting for the female bank officer to talk to him personally. But it did not happen. After that I went to meet him again and the photo went viral on social media.” When I showed it, he said talk to the people who aired it. What can I do in this. So I went back without saying anything.”

Prem Ranjan Singh was born in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh to D N Singh (Father). His father is a retired railway employee whereas his mother is a homemaker.
