Carmen Xtravaganza was born on 9 April 1961 in Rota Spain. Her nationality was Spanish. She told in 2013,
“As far back as I can remember my dad always knew from when I was a small child I was always effeminate. [My dad] explained it to me much later after I had already transitioned.”
She also told that she started hormones for her medical transition at the age of 16 in Washington when she was staying at a runaway house. She underwent bottom surgery after two years.
