Chris Kaba was born to Prosper and Elaine Kaba in 1999 in London. His father lost it as he reached to the scene where his son was shot and killed. Chris’ mother Elaine’s eyes turned into tears as she listened to her son’s death. She said,
“They’ve taken my heart. My son is gone, I’m heartbroken.
“I keep on asking myself why did police feel they had to do this.
“Was there no other way?”

Chris Kaba was shot dead in South London on 5 September 2022. He passed away after a police operation in Streatham Hill. The Met Police officer will appear at Westminister magistrates court on Thursday where he will be charged.
Chris Kaba was being followed by several police vehicles in Streatham Hill before Chris entered Kirkstall Gardens where he was blocked by a car. He was killed by a Met Police officer. Chris passed away in the hospital in the early hours of the following morning. The officer was suspended from duty.
